1. Hi-Lo Diner

In the Longfellow neighborhood, you’ll find Hi-Lo Diner, an old diner and a staple in Minneapolis! Since it’s a diner, they have many easy gluten-free items, including bread. I got one of their stable dishes, and it was SO good and had so much food that I couldn’t even finish it. The retro vibes and gluten-free offerings make Hi-Lo Diner a must-visit spot!

2. Hen House

Located in the Arts District, Hen House is a gem for those seeking gluten-free brunch options. Treat yourself to their array of gluten-free food! I went for breakfast but got a breakfast sandwich on a very good glute-free bread with hashbrowns. There are several locations so it’s very easy to find. I went to the one downtown!

3. Walker Art Museum: Art and Gluten-Free Delights

While exploring the artistic wonders of the Walker Art Museum, don’t miss out on their gluten-free menu selections. Since this is connected to the museum, it was very easy to get to after walking in the sculpture garden and around the museum. They have a very simple gluten-free menu, but it’s still delicious! I got soup and hot chocolate since I was there in the winter.

4. Freehouse

Situated in the North Loop, Freehouse is a paradise for gluten-free diners. Freehouse had a dedicated gluten-free menu featuring a range of dishes, complemented by locally brewed gluten-free beer options. I was able to order chicken tenders and fries and both were SO good!! I don’t know the last time I was able to order that while feeling safe at a restaurant.
